The Rutherford County Home Builders Association (RCHBA) is a non profit organization of building industry professionals located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. HBC is the official sponsor of the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots program in Rutherford County, serving nearly 2,000 needy children annually, since 2004.
